The Wedding (working title) is a coming-up feature film produced and directed by Urban Skargren. It was shot in the islands of Åland the summer of 2024 and is in post-production during 2025.
Storyline: Anna's wedding day has arrived. Everything is ready and in two or three hours she will stand in front of the altar. The only problem is that Anna feels a tremendous anxiety. Is she really ready for this huge step? Before it is too late, she has to figure out whether she should get married or not.
The film is a tight relationship drama that focuses on choices, internal arguments and fears. It was shot in only seven days by a minimum crew, using two cameras. It is Urban Skargren’s first feature-length endeavour.
